Several of the South Park kids are taken to "Imagination Land," where a Who's-Who of pop-culture icons are the inhabitants.
One of these, although he has no lines, and appears very briefly, is none other than Optimus Prime, in the style of Masterpiece Prime.

Several Carebears
And now Michael Bay is hired by the Pentagon to think of ideas, however, all he does is describe totally awesome action sequences. After the General tells Bay that "Those aren't ideas! Those are Special effects!!" Michael Bay says "I...I don't understand the difference..." he is then kiced out of the meeting.

Thundercats,Voltron, Astroboy, The Flash, Gizmo,Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends, Peanuts,Willy Wonka,Totoro, Transformers, H&R Puffinstuff, Mighty Mouse, Count Chocola, Twinkie the Kid, The Rice Krispie elves, Care Bears, Cinderella... The list is almost endless. Basically Trey and Matt just flipped the bird on every trademarked likeness of the last 60 years. And I can't wait for part two. If Megatron isn't one of the first evil Imaginary Characters to come out of the gate I will be saddened.

Kyle Sucks Cartman's Balls is just a better title then Imaginationland. I bet they had to use the Imaginationland title due to it being the safer of the two.
I can't wait for screencaps so I can see who I missed. From the characters that show up I can assume Megatron, hopefully Screamer or Soundwave, Mumra, maybe Cobra Commander, Darkseid..

anyway, back on topic. I saw it too. Was a pretty damn funny episode. I can't wait to see next week's new episode. I saw prime, but that wasn't why I liked the episode.
