People Who Don't Check User Names Before Joining!!!

You know it kinda irks me. I put a little thought in to my name Optimist_Prime, I thought it was clever, and I thought it was mine. Someone, who joined after I did, is using the name Optimist Prime. I apologize for comming off like a whiney bitch, I guess I just had more faith in people to check names first.

Even though you came up with that on your own, the chances were very good that someone else would also come up with it on their own. For example, I am not the only Shadowman on the internet. If you see a Shadowman on another forum, it's probably not me.
Also, that underscore in your name made it possible for someone to make that name, without the underscore, and never realize that it was taken. If I named myself Shadow_man, anyone would come in with Shadowman, Shadow man, or any variation.
I'm not saying it's your fault, but having an original idea on the internet these days can be very difficult. I've had ideas that appeared in various things, without my knowing, and without ever meeting the person who used it.

Over 25 years every variation of Optimus and Prime will have been invented somewhere so there is nothing you can do unless you have proof that he's actually trying to clone you.
