Hey all. There are finally preorders for Planet X and their take on Trypticon from the War for Cybertron video game. This appears to be split into two parts, perhaps to make it more affordable. Here are the preorders from BBTS and some render pictures:

I really don't get the point of releasing this as two separate pieces, especially when their release dates are currently the same or at least close. If anyone is unable or unwilling to pay for both at the same time then they're paying $180 for either a generic crawler or spaceship, then they run the risk of not being able to buy the second half.
I wonder how much someone could overcharge for one of these pieces....
