That, my friend, is a ATAC-01-SCA Spartas from the anime series Super Dimension Cavalry Southern Cross, also known as a Veritech Hover Tank from the middle "Southern Cross" segment of Robotech.

Yeah, I've actually been looking for a complete Matchbox version of this. Very hard to find! I'm regretting not picking up one I had a chance at about 5 years ago for about $60...
Did it come complete with the guns, toby31?
It's also a shame they never did a Masterpiece version of this vehicle... (Different from the TF Masterpiece series...)
