All bots have the same list of missions to join, regardless of level, and the number of missions that don't fill up are minimal, you have to join in the last 30 seconds to see that mission not fill up. The cons may have more level 1s in missions, but we're already getting more 1s and there's more xps for the level 0s to get when facing 1s and they only have a few more stats, it's not like we're facing level 3 stanformers already.
