Since it's been over a year since anyone posted since I last did, here goes again.

My boy Cheetron vs a bunch of 'cons. Lost but I still came out on top!

Yeah, i was gettin like that for awhile. Moved a couple guys down to level 1 arena hounds, and plan on keeping them there til they reach about 170-190k then promoting them maybe.

Yeah, that would be a good idea. I did that to three of my lowest mechs and used them as level 0s, then levels 1s for a while before upgrading them to level 2s.

I'm loosing way to much energon as well, even if I throw only Windstalker into the arena and not do anything else, I loose like crazy, so I'm taking a leave from this site until SPL 3 comes around. I also have fanfics that I really need to get done, so I need some time to work on those as well, and college is coming up quickly. -.-

The opposition will build up faster in the missions... yeah it kinda sucks for us now, but with more missions for us it will start to change.

Yeah, missions are better than arena for building up, as long as each side is somewhat equal. (200xp vs 125xp, for generic level 0s all other things being equal, and it scales up with level.) Before the reset I played for the autobots, nothing but level 0 and 0-1 missions, and it was great.

I don't keep records of fight results or anything, but from anecdotal experience: in the arena my good lvl 0s usually come out with ~180 xp and 30-60% left, while in missions they'll rarely get over 150 xp and almost always die.

Hopefully the new mission brackets will improve things.

Thoroughly defeated, but I take some solace that none of them escaped unharmed.
