Without a doubt Iron Man. More agile, more powerful at long range. As long as Tony doesn't let Ben near him he'll be fine.

Iron mans been shown to be stonger than the thing. So I've no idea how the thing could win.

The problem is that Ben is slower, with less intelligence, and his range is only arm's reach.

As opposed to Tony, who is an F-22 Raptor, with all the mobility and power that comes with, but compressed down to man-sized.

Any except Mark I. He's much faster and more powerful. And he can fly, which is a huge mobility advantage.

Iron Man all the way. He'd simply fly up, and blast the thing into submission, fly down while he's dazed, pick him up, and hurl him away. So easy its not even funny.
