Oddly enough, the one troop builder pack I preordered from Target is taking a tour of the midwest FedEx facilities with stops in Ohio, then Illinois then Wisconsin and now Indiana.

Congrats on completing him! And yeah, parts prices can be a real bugger. That was a good deal.-Kanrabat- wrote:I found a miracle listing on eBay to complete my G2 Bruticus.
The 2 missing missiles plus 2 missiles for a G2 Optimus (that I don't have) for 24.75$US shipped! Yeah, at first glance it look expensive, but I was expecting to pay that much for just ONE missile.
G2 Bruticus, 100% complete and in great condition at last!
Ooh, some nice hauls there.LinaNui wrote:Got some good stuff this past week. First pic is stuff I picked up in Vegas while there for work and second is stuff I got from a friend or other places. The megs with upgrade kit was only $50 (which I think is fantastic).

Time for some catchup...

Finally found this guy on September 4th. I guess enough Putzwings had been cleared out for there to actually be room for some of the Armada Megatron stock. That being said, his stupid lack of full shoulder rotation almost get him swiftly returned.

Managed to pick Dirge up not too long after. Nice of them to use Legacy Evolution to actually release Earthrise Dirge. Hopefully we'll get a corresponding real release of Ramjet in United, along with a Thrust reissue.

Snagged Kingdom Road Rage for a bargain. I have my grievances with the Kingdom Tracks mold, but they're not as bad in-hand. Plus in Road Rage's case, well... realistically speaking it was this or customization.

Found a bargain listing for ROTF Skids, as well. Not the greatest, but I didn't have him yet.

After making my grievances with Armada Megatron's design known to Hasbro, they somewhat surprisingly decided to send me a courtesy consolation figure. Sadly out of all the possibilities it turned out to be Legacy Blitzwing (who I think of as "Putzwing"). I initially thought about donating him to somebody, but they already had one, so I decided I may as well try to enjoy him.
He's even jankier than I thought (reaffirming my belief that Titans Return is better), but he's still okay to play with.
The figure that showed up the next day was a lot more exciting, however:

Finally. Finally I have my hands on Legacy Armada Optimus Prime. After months of checking Target in vain, after foolishly passing on the original Amazon preorder period because I thought I'd be able to find him in the store like I found Motormaster, I have him. Amazon restocked him the same time Pulse did - with a $10 markup, but due to free shipping it came out cheaper and so I pounced. It's a bit more than I wanted to spend, but he's finally mine and I'm very happy.
Now if I could just get my hands on Snarl....

Congrats on getting THE Transformers of the year, Armada Prime!
As for Snarl, here in Canada, there's plenty to go around. But taxes and shipping alone would make sending one to you really not worth it. He should pop up in your area sooner or later. Good luck!

Part of the issue is that the only physical stores that seem to carry him in the US are GameStop and Entertainment Earth, and the GameStop nearest me doesn't stock Transformers stuff much.-Kanrabat- wrote:ZeldaTheSwordsman wrote:Now if I could just get my hands on Snarl....

I considered ordering from Pulse, but the added cost from shipping had me hesitant.

You could order it from Amazon.ca. You won't escape shipping but it should be relatively be reasonable. Just to be sure though, is it the CORE or the LEADER you want?

Also, that listing you linked does not in fact ship to the US anyway, it turns out. Thanks for trying tho.

WHAT?
That listing is from Amazon official, not a 3P seller hosted by Amazon.
As a Canadian, I can order anything from any official Amazon, being .com, .uk, .jp, or more. So it's strange that you can't.

First, I got the ROTB Arcee with her pussy. I got her an extra pussy for double-pussy action. And seriously, she may be the best ROTB Arcee to date.

Then, I paid the big bucks to get the Siege Alpha Strike Counterforce. I paid a bit more than TWICE the original retail price to get it. That's what I get for skipping on that set over and over and over until it was gone forever.
I initially skipped on that set because I didn't wanted to pay for Slamdance. But in the end, I'm glad to have him because even if the components wont transform into cassettes, it works perfectly well with Titan Return Blaster.

But the real reason to get this set was to get the FINAL (as of now) Sideswipe I needed to complete my collection.

Finally!

Yes, he's missing a foot. And I will have to handcraft a replacement. But it's worth it because I got him for $25.00 plus tax and shipping (for a total of $31.56)! Earthrise Sunstreaker is mine at last! Mine! Mine! Hahahhahaha! Ahahahahaha! Yesss! Miiiiiine! Hehehehehahahaha! All mine!

I look forward to some great pics in the future of the grouping.
@Zelda; enjoy that Streaker in whatever condition you could feasibly acquire.
If it works for you, enjoy the hell out of it.

It was a challenge completing the molds. Too bad I decided to do it 2 years after Siege was done.
To get the final one, I thought I had a GOOD DEAL. Oh, how wrong I was.
Oh, and Zelda, I don't know how you'll complete your Sunstreaker, but a 3D printer may be the best solution.

Legacy Skyquake and Dreadwind. Together. At full, full price.
Why?
Why I'm like this?
Oh yeah, because I know that a Machine Wars Starscream will come out of that mold sooner or later, and once I'm buying it, I know I'll regret not getting these two when they were out, and I'll have to pay scalper price on eBay to get them.
So, yeah.. FOMO is a bitch!

Where's the hate in showing some love for the right thread?
A thread that is constantly ignored and is crying, all alone, buried behind so many layers of forums?

Retro Skywarp and Shrapnel from Pulse
Legacy Armada Megatron from Target
A spare Retro Starscream (on clearance for $15) and a ROTB Beast Alliance Scourge from Walmart
I think that's everything...

Might not be especially exciting, but I finally snagged Cybertron Undermine. Won him for $10, plus tax and shipping. That's one more Cybertron show character checked off, and completes my Jungle Planet show characters.
