Hey guys, just thought i would post a small gallery of my much sought after God Fire Convoy. Managed to get this little over a month ago at a much reduced cost compared to the ebay prices, no matter how much i desired this particular figure could make me pay over £250 ($500 approx) for it ;;)

For those that are not familiar with this figure, it was a Toys R' Us Japan Exclusive with only 3000 being produced if my memory serves me right although the figure might actually be below that as i know the Clear Brothers were only produced by 1200 or 1500, i have them also. Anyways Magnus and Convoy come with translucent plastic parts, all the red parts of Convoy are translucent whereas the parts on Magnus are fewer.

I also own another God Magnus but did not have the time to look him out for comparison pictures with the Magnus from the God Fire set, differences are minimal anyways. The main selling point for this set was of course the God Sword, yeah it has a crappy soft plastic hilt but it is just over 2 feet tall so yeah, that be some chib.

wow that is nice and that sword really fits him but I have to say ive never seen him or Magnus in clear plastic

EDIT: nice picture but can you try and just use the upload attacment button the current formu settings cut off the side of your photos

Yup...one of the most coveted sets around.

It has translucent plastic all the way through. I got to see this one up close back in 2001. They were asking $250 at the flea market. Comes with the Fort Max Sword too. It's value keeps rising year after year. I think like 2000 of these sets were made. Not to hate on RID, but Fire Convoy looks better than RID Prime, epsecially with the deeper red color Fire Convoy has. I owned both of them, and sold them years ago.

Very nice, a set that I'm definately after myself at some point down the road. I believe that the quantity produced on all of the TRU JP Convoy sets (God Fire, Magna and Wing) has been 1000 units.
