That's nuts becaue you are basically throwing away 30 grand to own a car at the time of release. I can understand why it is valuable, but I'm sure in a year or two you can pick up a used one in the 50s.
If you can even afford a car in the 20's I admire you.
I have seen that a ten year wait makes wonders, but I'm sure this car will be long gone by then and put in auto auctions for huge prices... maybe you'll get lucky on one, who knows.
Question, wanted to know what you all think:
An auto dealer near me has a 1970 Mustang listed for $9,995.
Heres the good stuff:
-Street legal racer (drag or track)
-Full rollcage
-Nice restored and modified Boss 302* engine
-Custom Boss 302 Decals* and orange/black striped paint
*this is not factory, as this is a regular '70 mustang, not the factory 302.
-Cherry Bomb exhaust
Bad stuff:
-Needs TLC on the leather seats
-rust on the rollcage (easily removed though)
-Worn down interior and dash
I'm sure the interior isn't a huge problem, but I'd like it fixed up.
So....should I convince my parents to get it, or pass?
(Yes, I'm serious, because you may have seen better for less, and I want to get a varying body of people.)
