Hey I'm new to these forums so please be kind. Anyway I had a couple of questions about the various TF storylines so if you would be so kind and give me a answer if there is one.

1. Is there any type of story to bridge the G1 continuity and Beast Wars besides Simon Furmans "Alignment"?

2. Speaking of "Alignment" what was to have supposedly happened to the other major players who didn't die in the book? Since it was a continuing of the G2 verse.

3. One thing I always wondered about BW was did all the Autobots/Decepticons refigure to Max/Pre? I know in the Universe comics this wasn't so.

4. Finally will transtech ever be made offical?

There were quite a few fan made stories that were done that followed the events of "Alignment".Some of the writters and artist of those fan made comics went on to work on Dreamwave comics.

But as far as I know nothing offical has ever been made.

Its been some time since I read the "Universe" comics but I dont remember for a fact that it was said that any of them didnt go trew the upgrade to Maximals.I could be wrong thou.

I doubt it.It looks like they left that story behind.

But IDW's last Beast Wars comic hinted that they may be telling the story of how Megatron got control of Cybertron before the Beast Machines serries in the next instalment so maybe we might see Transtech in a comic some day.

But even if they do a comic I dont know how "Offical" you can call it.

IDW has at least 2 different Transformers Universes that there doing regular stories on and their about to start a 3rd with the Animated comic tital.

And if IDW ever gets the rights to continue Dreamwaves stories like it wants it would be a 4th universe.

Now I know since Hasbro is allowing them to do all this its offical in a sence but from the very begining TF comics were sepreate from TF toons so I have a hard time accepting and TF comic as a direct link to any of the shows.

Thanks for the welcome and trust me I've been on message boards since I started using the internet so trust me I've seen nuts before. To me people on message boards aren't nuts just highly opinionated internet conversationalists who happen to express themselves colorfully. Often times to describe their distaste for cartoons. At least that's how I describe them.

But thanks for all the answers. I guess that hole is there in the continuity since beast wars wasn't a planned sequel. Be seeing ya.
