Wow, it's been almost a year since my last post. I check the forums daily, but never really feel the need to post. But with Botcon a day away, I thought I'd reconnect. This will be my second Botcon, the last being two years ago, and I'm looking forward to meeting all of my fellow Seibertronians!

Now for my question. I'm a huge Optimus Prime collector, and that includes all of the black prime repaints. I thought I had or had on order every black prime out there. But I recently came across the RobotMasters black Prime. I'll be searching for this at Botcon. Just wondering, how rare is this and what would be a valid price for it? Thanks for any help you could offer.

And now for my suggestion. What's up with a Seibertron.com meet up? I haven't seen too much talk about this, or perhaps I just missed it, and if so, please set me straight. If there isn't already one set up, I humbly suggest that we all get together at The Yardhouse. The Yardhouse is located in the outdoor Mall across the street from the convention center and has great food and more beer on tap than you could drink in a lifetime. It's a great festive atmosphere. I remember some Seibertron.com fans met up there two years ago and we had a great time. Just an idea. I'm interested in your thoughts on this as far as which day and at what time. If not The Yardhouse, then where else could we get together. I'm not too concerned where, I'd just really like to do a meet-up.

Hey dude, I wish I was going this year to organize things, but it just didn't work out. I'm not sure what's up in terms of a gathering, but if you want to take the reigns of doing so, you're more than welcome to.

CP, it's too bad that you're not going. I was hoping one of the forum power players would get behind this and run with it. Ok, I'll attempt to rally the troops. Which forum do you think I would put a "Meet-up" topic to illicit the biggest response?

RobotMasters Black Prime isn't that expensive (maybe $125 sealed, $70 loose complete) but it is rare. I'd expect you won't see it at all at BotCon. It's just fairly cheap because no one cares. It's a pretty awful mold.

Thanks for the info Razorclaw. From the pics I saw, it looked a little jenky, but my damn addiction to primes and black primes makes me want to get it. I saw it on ebay for $75 MIB plus $18 shipping. You think that's a better bet than trying to locate it at Botcon?

Definitely, but double check that auction description. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's missing the gold Solitarium weapon.
