Superjail is a toon and can't be killed without erasing fluid.
ROTF is a more advanced toon who can't be destroyed until all copies are deleted.
Assuming a 'level playing field', ROTF wins eventually due to Cybertronian superiority over organics. ROTF can disguise herself as a wide range of people to help her ambush Superjail. ROTF also has built-in guns.
