It was a really simple swap for ironhide since his wrists are already ball sockets. Popped his fists out and popped Alt richochets in thier place. I think Prime, meister and skids have nearly the same hands, so they should all work as well.
Dreadwing was actually kind of a fluke while I was messing around with superlinx modes. An alt sideswipe hand fits perfect into his jet thrusters. It locks into place when you push it in. Prowl hands work, but aren't as snug and look a little big.
They're the only 2 I've come across so far that are already ball-joint ready.
