So, the lesson I'm getting here is don't get Sentinel Prime.

That's what I'm getting here.
I mean no offense, but you don't think that seems silly? After spending $8.00 for the Cyberverse, $20.00 for the Voyager and $40-45.00 for the Leader, ya'll are basically telling me you can't enjoy the figure anymore because he was a douche on screen?
...I'm floored.
What about letting the figure stand on it's own? A fantastic design, a terrific transformation, and neat gimmicks. For the most part, model accurate too.
Megatron's a mass murderer, I still have him in my collection. Optimus is wackjob crazy in battle and lowers himself to Decepticon levels, and he's quite possibly one of the best figures ever made.
I'm just flabbergasted, that's all.

Not only that, this might be ruin it for some people who might be scouting this site for opinions about LC Sen Prime that could be a gift for a child or a collector.

WolfDawg wrote:As a collector, I'm drawn to figures who represent characters I adored as a child. I absolutely love the way G1 Starscream was portrayed in the cartoon, so I'll pretty much buy any figure that's a reference to that character.
WolfDawg wrote:SP was a douche in the film, how is it so hard to understand that people don't want a toy that represents this character in this collection?
WolfDawg wrote:I felt the same way when I got home, but the figure is pretty awesome so I'll let it slide. I definitely won't be buying anymore iterations of the character though.
WolfDawg wrote:Seriously, how can you call yourself a TF fan when you can't understand why someone doesn't particularly like a toy that represents a horrible character? I'm sure you'd be more understanding if people bought a toy because it represented their FAVORITE character. It's kind of the same premise.
