Given Tigerhawk is a TM fuzor with elemental vok powers he's either excluded or you should be counting other TMsAs much as I like Rhinox and Dinobot there is just too big of a gap between there organic form and a TM2...
Cheetor at the end had the hotrod effect showing a level of maturity. Being the only mech as fast (or faster) as Dinobot's TM2 clone and possible flight got to count for something.
Black Arachnia has KO'd Dinobot with melee in season 1. Now she is not TM1 like Tarantulas but TM2.
As others pointed out Depthcharge actually has the best chance of taking rampage one on one... and has enough gimmicks to take Dinobot's clone.
Rhinox still has his strength but his armor and speed are way below the others league now that they are TM2. His chain guns are his only hope of getting close enough to use his strength.
Dinobot's strengths are his melee ability, and speed. His eye beams are not that effective and useless on Depthcharge's wing shields. Organic Dinobot is slower than most TMs and all TM2s. The mobility of his foes nearly negates his superior melee ability.
As awesome as his death ep was Dinobot essentially out smarted a bunch of predacon jobber idiots. He ambushed one, then let some come to him, used a pred for a shield and let them almost defeat each other with lousy team work. Megatron toyed with him and lost because of it. But it was still cool.
Unless Dinobot is the undertaker and the fights at wrestle mania... those three just aren't loosing.
If you're still not counting TM then Silverbolt is the next choice as his fuzor enhancements match him up with TM Cheetor but with considerably more fire power...
maybe you should have just listed the basic beasts
