I only have one word for that:
Agreed.

Undermine and Wreckloose aren't new, they're the same. However, Backstop looks like he has different paint apps this time around.

Beast Wars brought Transformers back from the brink of oblivion. You can thank Beast Wars for having Transformers today.

No.....we would still have everything we have today....without kids asking their father why the hell Optimus is a freaking lion. Hasbro would have come up with something.....anything.......else. One proof of this is the fact that the Universe Cheetor figure can STILL be bought on HTS......you can't say that for any other figure in any line that is over a year old. That gives its popularity a whole new level of suckeyness......and besides it is just dumb. Seriously....its realllllllllly dumb.

robofreak wrote:gambit020480: You really don't know what you're talking about. Anyone can tell you Beast ars saved the franchise. I had the best writing, story, and characterization I've ever seen for a TF series. Also, the toys were awesome. I still long for the day when they'll bring beasts back into the franchise for a full run.
As much as I enjoy Beast Wars discussion, can we stay focused on the subject?
I never shop Big Lots much. Never have anything I need.

gambit020480 wrote:Went to Big Lots today to look and see if they were still loaded down with Leo Primes and Soundwaves from Universe. They actually have DOTM deluxe and legion class figures!! Better yet for people like me who love minibots....they have all 4 Generations minibots!! And just when I was going to order the set too!!! They had Swashplate, Drivetrain, Brake-Neck, and Pan-Handler. I got all but Pan-Handler because he is a repaint and I only collect one mold per minibot. They were going for a hefty 4.80 ea, which is a lot considering I just bought a set of the 18 classics minibots at $42, making them roughly 2.60 each. But hey, they are 4.25 each on Entertainment Earth, so t o have them in hand is worth the half dollar or so price difference. It looked to have about 3 of each, it think it was two pegs w/ 6 in each peg.
Also, for the Cybertron fans, they have the new set of 3 scouts for the Generations line as well. They are here....

They also still had Leo Prime for anyone who would care. I didn't, but I did get my three minibots. Thanks Big Lots!!!

What dotm deluxe and legion class figs did they have? What you said about the dotm toys were extremely vague.

I'm sorry, I just remembered they had the Commander Class too. They had Powerglide and Prime for sure, I think Sentinel Prime as well. Deluxes I remember are Ratchet, Crankcase, Skids, Bumblebee, and Roadbuster. I can't remember any of the legion class figs, but they had quite a few. The deluxes were going for $12 and the commander class was $8. I think Legion was $5. Oh yeah I just remembered as well, they had the Universe rubber guy figures, can't remmer what they are called. They had Arcee/Rumble for sure because I remember looking at that one. Is it called Robot Heroes or something?
It was the largest selection of TF I have ever seen and it rivals Targets spread for sure. And in my OP is superior because of the scout and minicon generations figures. I have not seen them anywhere else at retail.
