I'll bring his buisness card with me tommorow, he said he'd be posting the pics on his site. When i get the chance I'll make corrections to it and beg someone to borrow a camera. I'll have a gallery asap.
I look forward to seing the gallery. So what did you end up naming the Bat-bot anyway?

I just called it the Alt. tim burton batmobile. Didn't come up with any kind of specialty name or anything for him. It's funny i barely heard anything about it till i started carrying it around the floor on sunday. I did get to see a few kids faces light up though. That was well worth it.

Yeah, it's odd that two repaints of Prowl beat out TFMaster's War Within Megs.

But the same thing happened to me in Chicago in '03. I had that Trypticon-vs-Minicons/Micromasters/WSTs diorama if anyone remembers seeing it. It got edged out of Second place by a Beast Machines diorama of BM Deluxe Primal (the first one to come out--the really ugly guy) collecting marbles and putting them in a wagon, titled "Save the Sparks." I mean, hey, it was cute...but not a lot of work went into it. Still got third though, so people liked it at least

And first Place did go to a scratchbuild Megs blowing off Ironhide's head from the movie. It even lit up--pretty rockin'. :)

Ah well. We recognize you guys for your work. Congrats to both of you. :)

Damn. I totally mismanaged this year's convention, despite it being my third big one. I hardly hung out with the famous people at all, and I didn't hang out with any fan artists or anything. Next year... *sigh* I tried to mingle with random people, but that didn't work out very well.

Well it's official...

...TFMaster is now the widely *unrecognised* hero of TF customisers. ^_^

Seriously though, it's not cool - he puts all that effort into an amazing, transforming, COMBINING group of Alt. Stunticons - and then he gets beaten out by a statue and a wedding cake topper!

Aaaaargh... what are the judges actually judging on? The work and effort and thought that goes into these things, or whatever is biggest? I mean, how does that statue even count as a diarama? Looks more like a fancy display stand to me...

Still - three cheers for TFMaster, Lobo, and all the other Transtopia participants this year! ^___^
