That pic of Mr. T punching Chuck and Chuck kicking Mr. T....

Chuck is dead, he's throwing a hook kick mid torso and he's beyond the power-arc.

I suppose we'll have to blame it on the artist.

(Chuck was known for his spin side kick anyway. )
