PM me an offer if interested in this. The price won't be too pretty but it is everything Botcon in one shot. Figured I'd give peeps here a shot at all this stuff before throwing it on ebay.

Includes:

Boxed set w/ certificate of authenticity
Both 2 packs and the display piece.
Both Comics
The TF folder and Transforming giftcard, with no money left on it.
The Mirage attendee figure.

Also have an extra bagged set.

Basically I have 2 of everything, one for me and one to well, pay for my trip.

P.S. I am keeping en eye on ebay and honestly can't really afford to be giving out stupendous deals with SDCC right around the corner.

Considering I spent $400 to fly here, $400 in hotel cost, and $400 in rental car costs plus meals and a myriad of other expenses in addition to the cost of the figures, I don't think Bonger is actually going to profit from offering this set. Besides, he is taking requests for offers, which I feel is a good gesture considering what he is offering would sell for over $1,000 on eBay right now. It makes good sense to try to recoup some of the travel costs.


To anyone considering the purchase of this set - it is AWESOME! I am very happy with it. Bonger is also an outstanding and reliable member here, so you are in good hands dealing with Bonger.
I understand if people feel bad that they could not come to Botcon, but let's not be immature in our comments to those who were able to go.

I don't care for expenses, it's entirely YOUR problem. If I sell a Leader Prime, am I going to ask an upcharge for fuel, time, mileage and all that crap? It's funny how scalping is only okay during Botcon time. If the guy was asking $20-50 more than what he paid total for the whole set, I wouldn't care, but when I see those bastards reselling their extras for 5-10 times the price, it's just wrong. People whine like hell when someone is selling an '08 BB for $50 on Ebay (which, at the time, is rarer than ANY of the Botcon toys), yet they think it's okay to sell a FREEBIE $500. Btw, I don't want any of the Botcon toys, it's just an observation.

Besides, I do not consider selling pieces limited to under 1400 at a premium as scalping. By virtue of being limited the secondary market value is much higher than face.

Besides, I took selling my extras into account when figuring if I could afford my Botcon package. Like it or not, thats how it works.

In turn, I'll overpay for the SDCC and Japanese convention exclusives. And so the wheel goes round and round.

Guys. This is the Buy/Sell/Trade forum. It is, as you may know, a forum for people to BUY, SELL, and TRADE their Transformers. Criticizing people for trying to get value out of their figures is laughable at BEST.
