and by guns he means future guns. normal guns don't seem to affect cybermen.

Weapon: Particle Beam Cannon

The Mondas Cybermen have powerful weapons and vehicles of their own.

Those guys have a bloody spacefleet.

I was refering to the age of Steal Cybermen, but I still can't see the Terminators losing.

No seriously, they outnumber Terminators and have star-ships. They could win by hacking Skynet from orbit.
