I had a spare after the 2 pack to get Crosswise so i had a go at it.

Couple of coats of black/purple, then a few coats of clear and:

10X better. I'm consittering getting the new one just to make a thundercracker closer to G1 colors.

He could use the couple stripes on his wings though. Just a suggestion.

To be honest, I think they got them the wrong way round - the Thundercracker fig looks more like a Skywarp, and vice versa.

You've done a great job on this one, though, Soundwarp.

I still think this mould is a bit of a let down for Skywarp, but it is a very beautiful paint job you have there. Looks better than the official one

I always thought It would be cool If the Skywarp toy had the huge canon on the right arm ( in opposite to thundercracker left), this way he could form a good team with thundercracker.

sculy, I think you'll need to bash new arms to do that.

he turned out brilliant, SW!

I only have two small minor suggestions... since his hand gets hidden, why not paint it purple as well? and as someone else also suggested, a simple stripe on the wing!
