Bought Acid Storm the other day and can't put him down. But the nosecone in robot mode seemed wrong somehow in the correct transformation. In the last few minutes, I've moved it so it's more like movie Dreadwing's above the robot head and it strangely works making him an unofficial conehead.

Anyone else tried this? It reminds me of the part in Megatron Origin when Megs removes his helmet and those head fins were visible.

Also works on Classics Starscream.

With the right colour scheme, I may have inadvertantly invented Classics Swoop.

I also give RM Starscream, Prime and Primal's missile launchers as their matching colours, larger size and transparent plastic distinguish him from the other Robotmasters Seekers and indeed make him seem more regal. reminds me of his coronation.

Oh and the Skyboom shield fits onto the connector peg on G1 Ultra Magnus' left arm in his combined mode.

Anyone else tried these or other 'enhancements'?

Hmm... Swoop as a renegade Seeker. He looks enough like a Seeker in design for it to be feasible. He just came to Earth and scanned a pterodactyl rather than an F16.

Which brings up something that's always bugged me - I've seen plenty of fan-created Dinobot gestalts, and even one Season 1 Autobot gestalt, but I've never seen an artistic attempt at a Seeker gestalt.

Anyway, as far as mismatched accessories, a glance at my shelf testifies to my propensity for being liberal with toys' posessions.

Cybertron Metroplex is wielding G1 Megatron's sword and a length of chain I got somewhere.

Energon Towline has BW Rampage and Cybertron Scattershot's rifles.

Animated Prowl has a katana from a Snake-Eyes figure.

Classics Bumblebee has Pretender Bumblebee's rifle.

Classics Mirage has RM Starsaber's little blue gun.

Energon Downshift (aka Wheeljack) had Cybertron Overdrive's rifle in hand, now has Energon Hot Shots rifle mounted on his back.

Animated Jazz has a rifle from a G1 Powermaster.

Energon 'Springer' (can't remember his legal name) has Man-at-Arms's gun from the 2000 MOTU toy line.

Movie Fracture has a gun from Jurassic Park.

Classics Megatron has Reissue Megatron's Energon flail (which has traditionally been equipped to Cybertron Dirt Boss, along with Wreck-Gar's battle axe).

Classics Onslaught has Armada Prime's rifle.

Energon Prowl's rifle (x2) are attached to a Powerlinxed Inferno/Roadblock.

And of course, weaponized Minicons are all over the place - Apex Armor Powermaster Prime is in fact wielding the Energon Saber.

No real mistransformations in my collection that I'm aware of.
I tried U2.0 Tread Bolt in a makeshift gerwalk mode, but I didn't like it.
When I have Tread Bolt in unarmored bot mode, though, I put the wings downward (instead of up in "butterfly mode" lol...).

As for mix-matched accessories:

My U2.0 Acid Storm is holding his null-ray cannons like pistols, rather than having them on his forearms. (Looks better to me, and has better poseability.)

Cybertron Primus is holding WST Megatron (in gun mode, of course).

MP Starscream (G1 colors) is holding Narsil (Aragorn's sword from LOTR).

I have G1 Ultra Magnus holding a BFG from RiD UM. Someday I'd like to get all the major UM releases (such as the City Commander armor set for my Classics UM) and have them all posed holding the same BFG, I love that thing.

back in pre-historic times when I lived on this forum I had a ton of them... with pictures even.

No real mistransformations, I don't think (Alt Swindle has his windscreen up behind his head, and movie SS has his tail fins folded over his chest, but that's about it). My TFA Jazz and Prowl are both wielding lightsabres, though.

A Swoop repaint of a Seeker would be totally lame. We need a decent mold of all the dinobots.
