"Filth" is a pretty harsh word to describe some nice toys.

I don't see people calling G1 filth or garbage, but to each their own.

I have an open mind and wallet for nearly all Transformers series. The only ones I could never spend money on are Beast Wars. They aren't appealing to me

hmm, strong opinions with regards to the other TF lines. but they aren't filth, y'know. i like G1 as much as the other guys but face it, i can never have the toy i had once back then back. to start my G1 collection all over again i literally have to pay an arm and a leg for a fig, much less 2.

but i agree on you with classics. at first i thought the line sucked, but after buying most of the figs, i wasn't disappointed, though it's pretty frustrating because most of my figs suffer from QC issues, such as paint apps and misassemblies.
