The Imperial Shuttle & TIEs are from the Titanium 3" line; the AT-ATs, I don't know, I picked them loose at the flea market. They're probably vintage judging from the slight yellowing and lightness of the plastic. The Micro Machines AT-AT (which I'm displaying elsewhere) is a bit larger and has more realistic details.
