Was only the white one released in Western markets, or the blue one too? I notice the gallery of the blue one here has Japanese packaging, so I wondered if it was a Japan only release.

That is the Takara Version. The Japanese Version.

However the white one you spoke of is made by Hasbro. The English Version.

I found the white one on my holiday at Singapore. But the other one might only be a Japan Release...

Singapore doesn't have the blue one at all.

The blue one was only sold in Japan, as well as the Isecticon repaint. The only Divebomb sold at mass retail was the white one and the rest were exclusives (Japan, Botcon ect.).
