ok I think i found a difference. On classic camaro bumblebee, the head has slightly different paint apps than the original deluxe version. The yellow of his "nose" doesn't come down as far and there is less silver. yay!

Well there are out here in upstate ny!! Not on the shelves but take the DCPI # to Guess Services and they will track it down for you. Just got mines today.

Evolution Of A Hero paint's them like they are damaged in the Movie. Where else the normal ones have the paint without damaged. Right I am off to Target now and shall return (hopefully) With the Evolution Of A Hero!

EDIT : Nope nothing there didn't try the code, but I went to all Target, Big W and K-Mart no sight of any Deluxes and very rare Voyagers. ALl I saw were leaders and Voyager Megatron and lots of Cyber Slammers and other kiddy stuff. None of the stores had Evolution Of A Hero or 2008 Bumblebee. Will be checking Toyworld/Toys R Us this week too, after that I will just wait until next month

I know I posted this in the thread about the BB Evolution release date being changed, but if there is a specific date that a product is supposed to hit the floor and Target releases it even 1 day before that time AND should happen to get caught by a Hasbro Rep. then Target Corp can kiss all it's exclusives goodbye and get fined up the...
Anyway it would really suck for Target. My Mom, who retired from the Lynnwood store this last year, had to deal with a lot of stuff like this and had a hell of a time getting it through to the younger employees that while they may be doing the customer a favor, they are putting the store at risk and their own job as well. So, if you get someone who isn't willing to help you out with finding the 2 pack, now you know why. The Distribution centers may have sent the product to the stores but that doesn't mean that the stores are authorized to let it hit the floor yet.
This is why I started snagging the last of the Target exclusives regardless of the damage to my wallet. If Target gets caught these really will be the last of the Target exclusives.

I JUST PURCHASE MINE THIS MORNING. AT TARGET IN TORRANCE CALIFORNIA. THERE WERE ALOT OF THEM

ive seen one store with them out of the shelf.

2 stores have gone in the back and got them

and two stores said they cant sell them to the release date which i was told was in 2 weeks. the toy manager said the store could get fined if they sell it early.

just go to ur target at night, when the kids are working, and they will pull it cause they dont know any better.

should I cancel my preorder and look for it in stores?

if u want ot now, every target has them in stock. ur preorder will probably ship the 13th or 14th, when the release date is set.

Man still can't get it... I give up I'll just go for the single packs. All I want is Deluxe 2008 Bumblebee anyways... going to K-mart and Toyworld maybe tomorrow if not, Friday!

can someone please tell me what that dot is on classic bumblebees windshield.its on every figure ive seen at first i thought it was just one on a test shot figure but looking at thatphoto of the ones you just bought it looks like there on all of them.

Since I dont own this figure yet, I am not intierly sure, but i believe it is just part of the figure that you can see through the windshield, but not actually on the windshield itself.

that "dot" is actually an arrow that points to the hood of the car. its an instruction sticker on the windshield. I don't have the figure in front of me at the moment but it reads something to the effect of "Press here to begin transformation"...

Just spotted about a dozen two-packs at the Target in Des Plaines next to the Allstate Arena. An employee was setting up an endcap with them and was breaking them out of the case when I snagged one. The rest of the Targets in my area should have them soon.

Just as a note, I got my "Evolution of a Hero" set today and my 78 Bumblebee has the defective front end that all the 1st run ones do. Has anyone checked theirs? I'm kinda curious if some are fixed and some aren't.

Yes I found Bumblebee "Evolution of a Hero" Target-Exclusive 2-Pack. Hurry there are only 7 left as of 8:15am this morning. No need to ask they are an end cap item!

Looks like Target has definitely moved up the dates for these as I just got notice this morning that my order has shipped.

Umm I beg to differ on this subject... I work for Hasbro and they can be sold right now and do not have to wait till Oct. 14.
Their dispaly is suppose to be in transition. These dates Oct. 14- Nov. 14. is the endcap display... Only when a toyline comes out do they put the "Don't put on shelf till XXX date"
So anyone that is looking for the Bumblebee 2 pack go to Target and have them get it.. They should because it is a sale for them and they shouldn't be sitting on it.

DCPI is 087-06-0905 in case you guys don't have it...
