Your post went up while I was typing my last one and I didn't see this. Great pic, thanks!
They're not as bad size wise as I was thinking, so I might end up getting these. Will just need to see the price of Motormaster and how Menasor compares to Herc and Uranos seeing as that's the gestalt direction I went with. As I said a while back, MM needs to be around $80, maybe 90 at most, to be a decent price when compared to the TFC and MMC teams considering the
much smaller size of each Stunticon.

As much as I like FP Bruticus, they need to let him go already and stop basing everything to scale with him. Large combiners like Hercules, Uranus, and Feral Rex are the future. They tower over deluxe figures with amazing cartoon accuracy instead of being slavish to the scale of outdated "enhancement" sets.
They're keeping them in scale with their other releases. Why is that so hard for people to accept? TFC is doing the same thing with their combiners, why does FP have to rescale their products to TFC standards?
If people don't like them, they can speak with their wallets and not buy them and wait to see if a bigger "Menasor" set gets released by a different 3P.
This is what they are people, take them or leave them. Can we move past the scale debate now?
Agreed. I like the scale. It goes well with the rest of my collection. Plus, if they went up to scale being the same as TFC's stuff, then we would be paying 100 bucks a pop. with the leaders being around 130. I don't have that kind of cash to spend.
You know what, though? I'll bet if FP did start making the scale larger on their stuff, then they would be bitching about the price when it jumped from 60 to around 110.....
They are not keeping it in scale with other releases. (I'm talking about original 3rd party combiners in general, not old FP add on kits for Hasbro stuff) I just cant put FP Bruticus and FP Superion in the same class with all the new stuff. Blah, blah, rant, rave
I actually agree with everything X is saying here
The upgraded stuff doesn't work with a CHUG set. As long as it includes Energon figures it's always going to look like the cheap set that the original sets were due to the
tiny budget used to make them. CHUG has done a great job of fixing some of the scale issues from G1 (look at Powerglide, Seaspray and Warpath) and making undersized Gestalt teams does seem like they are taking a few steps backwards.
That said, the size difference with these cars is small enough that FP could get away with it here, will just depend on how MM stacks up. Thanks to Zodconvoy's pic I'm thinking about these guys seriously again
