TF08’s yizhi521 has posted new images of the Animated Wreck-Gar toy, giving us our first look at him in packaging. We can also see his bio here, which you may read below:

He has accidentally robbed a few banks, and blasted an AUTOBOTS here and there. His Spark is in the right place anyway. Likely the first Animated figure larger than Deluxe-class I get. Hopefully he'll get the TFCC's G1-style tech spec treatment of the course of the next year... that'd make this a perfect purchase IMO.
My vote for the HOF goes to my favorite Transformer, Kup, to the Headmasters (who still need new figures that aren't just the characters without their master components) and to seibertron.com for for being the ultimate TF resource.
