FOC & WFC what to expect
- Weapon: Seven-Year Sword
WFC had plenty to work with toy wise...we got 4 figures. 5 including the cliffjumper new head mold. With FOC toys coming our way what do you think we could get? i want to see the insecticons, all the dinobots (including sludge) and an ironhide/ rachet figure but it really could go anywhere. i’m going to assume straight off the bat that none of the awesome multiplayer characters aren’t going to be made
but i’ve been wrong before

Ermm... Current toy lineup I'm aware of:
Optimus
Jazz
Shockwave
Onslaught
Brawl
Swindle
Blast off
Vortex
(Combine into bruticus)
Sideswipe
Ultra Magnus
Air Raid
Starscream
Insecticon
Soundwave
Blaster
Soundblaster
Grimlock
The break denote what I think would be in every wave... Not sure about the voyagers... Hope that helped.

If Hasbro knows what's good for it, it'll repaint SS into Skywarp and Thundercracker.

Nah, they'll be Takara exclusives until 2015 or so given past patterns.

And make them BotCon exclusives forcing people to buy the Takara Tomy versions before being able to pick up Hasbro versions a few years later.

Re: FOC & WFC what to expect
I'd love a Scout-Class Barricade.
I suspect we'll be getting more Autobot molds, as there are currently only 3 to the dozen or so the Decepticons have. I'd be very surprised if this is it in terms of total molds.
Ironhide/Ratchet are obvious choices, as are the other Dinobots. Perhaps more aerial Autobots, Starscream could certainly be retooled into one. Not sure on Bumblebee/Cliffjumper. Straight re-release, I suppose; they didn't really get redesigned like Optimus or Megatron. Then again their Prime counterparts are notorious shelfwarmers and Hasbro seems to be wary of that happening again...
As for the Cons, even though they already got a lot I could see Megatron and the other Insecticons coming out. And of course the other Seekers. Most of the 'important' Cons are already covered, though.
With no Cyberverse line I don't see Trypticon, Metroplex, and Omega Supreme getting anything. Which is a shame since they do lend themselves nicely to playsets.

Not that it makes that much of a difference to me. Ye Olde Hobby Store has been bringing in Takara versions exclusively the past few years, and that's all I've been buying for a while now.
Makes things pricier for me, having to buy exclusively Takara imports. But it's a fair trade, saving me the hassle of tracking down Takara exclusives that Hasbro won't make.

I'd love ANY size Barricade (though my preference would be Deluxe) and the same goes for Breakdown.
I doubt we'll see them though, since they weren't in the second game. In fact, I don't expect to see any characters that weren't actually playable in FoC to make it to the toyline (remember, Shockwave was playable as a DLC character) except for the Insecticon they've already shown.
I'd also love a WfC Slipstream, but sadly, if it ain't Arcee or Blackarachnia these days, then it ain't a female TF that Has/Tak is interested in doing a figure of it seems (fingers crossed the popularity of the TFCC exclusive changes that, but I doubt it will).
I really hope we get a FoC Megatron too. He looked awesome after Soundwave put him back together. I liked the shoulder spikes he gained, they're similar to what he has in Prime.

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I am that which is, which was, and is yet to come.
And you will know my name is MEGATRON when I lay my vengeance upon you!

Hoping against hope here, but a voyager class Megs would be sweet, along with a voyager OP. I mean, that puny deluxe size fig really destroys the powerful feel that the design embodies.
Hell, even WFC Bee is bigger than him.

Add one for the want list for the WFC/FOC Barricade, and I'd also like to see a Demolisher!

Yes, they're the Combaticon retools, and are indeed the Wreckers.

Dear God. Reading the toy lineup (which I already knew, just didn't pay enough attention to it), Grimlock is the only Voyager?!
-_-
Goodbye, Voyager Class. We'll miss you. Every figure will be a Deluxe by 2013.

No, Soundwave with Laserbeak will be a new mold Voyager, with Deployer gimmick (which are Legends-sized). Soundblaster with Buzzsaw is the obligatory repaint, and Blaster with Steeljaw is the retool.
Speaking of Legends:
- Decepticon Rumble & Ravage
- Ratbat & Decepticon Frenzy
- Eject & Ramhorn
- Rewind & Sundor

I dont expect much for that line. Why? We Canadians are yet to see the goddamn wave two of Prime RiD deluxes.
I have low expectations for FoC to ever make it here.

Maybe in the rest of Canada. Québec is still screwed. If FoC is some kind of exclusive bull without any French on the packaging, I'll have no choice but to order them online from the USA.

I really hope we actually see Skywarp this time. Dotm TC was nice, but I have the 07 voyager. My collection needs a Skywarp and he must be different! And I quite like the FoC mold...

Me to, it just looks so spaceshippy instead of fighter jet to me. Plus the huge gatling guns, just make me happy.

I agree, I do like Starscream's BFG.

I agree, I do like Starscream's BFG.The redeco probably won't come with the same weapon as Starcream, if the Jazz/Sideswipe situation is any indication. Though I suspect it'll be another weapon from the game (though it'd be nice if he had some null rays).
I'll be happy either way.
Hmmmm bloody auto correct, ultra manuscript indeed
