I picked up a Protoform Optimus at the Target I work for today in Louisville, KY. We also had Starscream, but both are now sold out. Seems to be a fluke as I checked two of the other stores nearby to see if anymore had slipped out and could not find them. Might not hurt to check as you never know. Louisville tends to be about the last place anything shows up early.

Definitely a great find, I've got two of each (1 to display in 'bot mode, 1 for entry mode).

I'm eagerly awaiting the release of Voyager Prime, either standard or Target robo-vision; or both.

At this point, would the preview figures turning-up really be considered 'early'? I mean the first full assortment of figures is already being shipped and warehoused and the movie's set for release in a little over 2 months. Shouldn't the preview figures be pegged by now? They've been available online for quite awhile now.

I pray they don't, I have yet to look for any TF Movie Toys T_T but I will do so when I can. Been really busy.

Yes, they would be considered "early" due to the fact they're not due out on shelves until May 2nd. (one source said May 1st, but I'm going to go with the 2nd, because that's what we were told from the getgo.)

I've seen some good pictures of this guy and I like him. The alt mode still stinks but he can pull off some good poses. I'm looking forward to finding him too.

Autobot032, it is the 1st it says on the case box not to stock them before May 1st, they are, the 2nd is not correct, now whether or not every store will set them out by the date on the box is to be seen.
