Anyone else go and nab anything?
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

Did he just do that from memory, or did he have a picture to look at?

Mostly memory. He has not drawn Kup in a while and needed a refresher.
I love it!

:BOT: I went to my normal shop and was shocked their back bins were 50 cents! I picked up a few random things but I got a 70s issue of The Loser, which I was really interested in after reading New Frontier. Michael Broussard and Rick Loverd were there signing a few books...

Image

Then I drove to a different store for the Jim Lee signing, which started at 4pm. I got there at 3pm and the line was fairly short. Unfortunately, they limited people to one autograph. It was a hard choice since I had Heroes Reborn Fantastic Four, Wildcats, Uncanny X-Men 268 and his Resident Evil covers but I went with Absolute Batman: Hush. By the time I got my book signed at 5pm, I jumped to another line for a sketch. Another hard choice: I was tempted to get Catwoman inside Absolute Hush but I went with Daredevil... well worth the wait!

Of course, I was outdone by someone requesting Ninja Turtles...

And a few books I picked up for half off...

It was a good day! :CON:

I had to go give Fourth World some love, being as since IDW rammed all their titles through in a short span so they could nab that #3 spot, they've not had a single release in the last 2 weeks. Comic constipation.

Had my usual run in--kid and I were sorting through the pile of out-of-box Transformers figures having a great conversation (debating who was cooler: Lockdown or Prowl) and kid's parent rushes up and yanks child away from me. I must look more like an axe murderess than I thought.

My comic shop had a sale, so I horked a few HALO figures to repaint, which is becoming a near obsession. Agent Washington got created today. (I cannot get into repainting TFs, but give me a HALO figure and a detail brush and it's 'pig in waller' time.

And I found a new HP Lovecraft series that looks like it has some potential, and I can share with a coworker who's also into such odd things.

And I found a Leader Class (Muy Gigante) Megatron from the 2007 movie, for $11! Sweet!

HK....AND then I came home and discovered my fridge died. And peed all over the floor. Great.
