Friends and Foes?

Does anyone use the friends and foes option in the User Control Panel?

What does it do?

Is there amusement to be had?

I don't. I don't see a point to the "Friends" option, and I've pretty much always had the opinion that the "Foes" option's primary function (Hiding posts) will only cause confusion.
