G1 Devastator MISB for 4 bucks WTF!
EDIT: Oops, already in the stickied KO thread...didn't even know it was there.
Yeah, we all can't be so lucky!!! You just have to be in the right place at the right time. YES!!! Of course it's sealed on both ends, and in mint condition. I'm thinking about sending it into AFA to get graded. It's probably an 85 or a 90? Sorry you didn't book it....zoolander
Ok, ok now that you know I'm joking here's what I really think. I bought it cuz I thought it was so damn funny and for some reason...I can't put my thumb on it but it sorta reminds me of the first G1 devastator from back in the mid 80's???? Hummmm?
After further review it really is a half sized version of the original G1! I mean compare the pics of the real deal G1 and this el-cheep-o for four bucks. Even the stickers are in the same style and arranged in the same way. Same head, same gun, same vehicles. Anyway, if you want a quick, cheap blast from the past head to Big Lots. It seriously is interesting to have. Talk about a true CLASSIC (referring to the classic line). In reality it's closer to being a classic then the Devastator classic (again referring classic line). When I open it up will it feel like hell, and super cheap...yes? but still fun.

Love those KOs. Make for nice work displays. No need to worry about it as much.
BWOP: "Die-cast construction...It's a lost art!"
Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!

You should check out the stickied KO thread at the top of the page. The new influx of Big Lots KOs has been the main talking point for the last week or so.

i picked this up today and the version i got came in vehicle mode
i was able to put the figure together with a little help from an online Devastator guide but for some reason i can't figure out how to attach the arms, i think there's some connecting pieces missing

It's been a while since I messed around with Devi and my mini KO was not the most structurally sound piece of kit so I ended up gluing him together, but off the top of my head there should be a couple of tabs that fold out from the sides of Hook to become the shoulder connectors. Or maybe one that does that and one that has a tab fold out from the arm piece and slots into the shoulder. I know this isn't massively helpful, but as I said it has been a while.
