G1 Soundwave (Plus Cassete cons) vs Konohagakure (Naruto)

1st scenario: Soundwave has to make his way to the hokage tower through the streets of Konohagakure, no flying for Soundwave, Ravage, Rumble and Frenzy and no summons

2nd scenario: A flat grass land, no cover. Soundwave starts on one end, Konohagakure on the other. No flying for Soundwave, Ravage, Rumble and Frenzy. Minor summons allowed (Anything other than the bosses)

3rd Scenario: Soundwave is on a rampage through Konohagakure, can he destroy it? Flying for Soundwave is allowed. Ravage, Rumble and Frenzy must stick to the ground. no boss summons. It will not end well for Konohagakure is they have a frog jump on the nins.

Soundwave is equipped with his basic handgun and a Flamethrower. Rumble and Frenzt are equipped with their handguns. Ravage has his missles and mouth gun. Buzzsaw, Laserbeak and Ratbat with their basic guns.
