Because if you do, this might be something to spend it on!

<a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/Japanese-transformers-LUCKY-DRAW-BLACK-SIXSHOT-RARE-SEE_W0QQitemZ160075647307QQihZ006QQcategoryZ4694QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem?mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&campid=5336631220&customid=&toolid=10001&mkevt=1"">Black Lucky Draw Sixshot</a>

Thankee to trilobitepictures for sending me the link, this is certainly is a nice piece.

One of only 20 pieces produced... can anyone confirm this?

Great rare figure, but man, you can do alot more with $1600!

Buy a buttload of bots, and take a vacation, downpayment on a car, and so on...

Maybe it's just me, but I never dropped more than $500 on a bot in one shot as I can't bring myself to justify it verse other obligations. Hell, even when I do, it's a real stretch.

So if you have it, great, but remember once you spend it it's gone. I say this as someone who is real bad with money.

Just think about it, be sure it's what you want, and beware buyer's remorse.

However if you get it, PLEASE POST PICS SO I CAN LIVE VIA VICARIOUSNESS!

Thanks to Ebay, buyer's remorse is obsolete. It's more like "Buyer's Inconvenience."

No, I can count plenty of times I sent payment and then thought "S#IT, I forgot to go food shopping!"

That's buyer's remorse to me, or shall I say Spender's remorse, but aren't they the same thing?

Still, I can scavange a meal, money gone is usualy never more than a 2 week delema, and the won figure joy lasts till the next one sucks up a paycheck

I rather spend that money on my bills (phones, credit card bills, rent, car insurance, and electric bill) than that much on a figure. That figure is about 5% of my master's tuition bill for the year or 80% of my last quarter's tuition bill.

Don't black repaints usually have a little bit of separate color? Like purple, or teal? From the pictures, it kind of looks like a sixhsot was spraypainted entirely black. Here's to hoping that someone can make a gallery of him and show that either it works, it doesn't, or there is some hidden colors. -crosses fingers-

I have to agree... maybe i'm ignorant but the only difference looks like it's black. Is that worth that kind of money?

Depends on some collectors... some people just must have something special like that Lawson's gold BB that sold for a ridiculous SGD$80 here. What rocks your boat I suppose, but i'd never spend that kind of money unless there was something truly special about it.

This has been on ebay for a looooong time, I have seen it relisted by that seller at least half a dozen times.

The regular sixshot is nicer, this is just rare for rarity's sake.

A good example of a rare item worth the money is Ehobby Binaltech clear Mirage. This sixshot is just dipped in black paint.

There is a listing on right now for all 27 alts for less than this sixshot.

I'm pretty sure it's molded in black plastic, not painted black. I know somebody who's got one, so maybe I'll ask him.

2 things:

1) What would you do with the other 600-800 dollars?
2) What if you already had a Fort Max in great condition?

Oh, yeah! Here's a discarded $1'600 I just found lying on the floor while vacuuming the flat.

Of course, that's what I would be saying if I wasn't making ends meet as it is.

how much does a mint Fort Max cost today anyway?

i saw one on eBay about that price, but isn't mint and there's yellowing on some of the plastic parts already.

Agreeing with other comments, neat, but boring, and it's only that high cause of rarity. I can understand the supply/demand factors, but it's not for me, even if by some chance I ever did have $1600.

But this rare solid-color idea intrigues(sp) me. Suppose Takara decided to release a very limited( 10 pieces) version of oh, let's say Jazz, in solid barbie pink. Wonder how much that would fetch :P .
