The seller has quite an imagination: it's nothing more than a custom job. I've checked my lists and no PVC Shockwave (or Laserwave) is in there.
The resident Rewind... well, half of one

As far as I can judg from all the HOC toys, this looks retty close to the overall style of the line.
It sucks that he ruined it, but at least you saved what was left of it.
I like it.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

I have no way of prooving that I think that a coustom but I followed the Takara PVC line and the Hasbro HOC line very closly and bought all but 5 figures from both lines and as far as I know they never made a Shockwave that is even semi-offical.
Could one have been made that sliped by me?????Anything is possible but I doubt it because Shockwave was my all time fav Decepticon and I wasnted him with a passion...so much that I even bought 8 Different PVC customs of the figure over the years and made 3 of my owen.

That's why I'm asking... to see if it is is semi-official or not.
I don't think it slipped by you. It's not on any lists... again, why I'm asking.
You say that you've bought some pvc custom Shockwaves... do any of them have this pose, or does this figure look anything like them?
I was trying to place it among my customs but the color difference's trew me a bit but look at this one but keep in mind I didnt take the pic, I saved it from the auction I got it from a few years back...

I looked around and did not find anything so far about this guy.. I'll keep looking.
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

[edit:] Wait... this might be EXACTLY him. There are air bubbles in the exact same places mine has (had)them, be fore the fixing... right above his eye, on the ridge of his face, and taking up most of his thumb.
Do you have any more info about where he came from? A link, perhaps?
I might be able to find the printed info on the seller/creater I got it from on ebay.I always print my invoices and keep them in a file cabinit but I do lose some from time to time.I did buy a few different customs from this same guy so all I have to do is try to remember which one I got from him and then find the invoices.
I'll see what I can do.

Looks like a custom job.
There is no official shockwave PVC figure although everyone and their mother has tried to make their own.
That is a pretty sweet custom either way.
