Dear Customer,
We have received your request to cancel your order. Unfortunately, by the time we received your request, the order had already entered the shipping process and we were not able to cancel it.
If you do not wish to keep the order once it arrives, please return any unused item in its original, unopened packaging in accordance with our Return Policy.
Packing and Sending Your Return
1. Please use the shipping label that is attached to the invoice.
2. Complete the Return Form that is attached to the invoice. Indicate the action you would like us to take (replacement or refund) and the Reason for Return. Please provide your e-mail address and phone number so that we may contact you if there are delays in processing your return.
3. Pack the items along with the Return Form securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
4. Affix the shipping label securely to the outside of the box.
5. Bring the package to any Post Office or leave for your mail carrier to pick up.
