Specifically the ones from the episode? No, but you could easily come up with some (expensive) substitutions.

Optimus and Megatron are sort of like their Japanese "Alternity" counterparts.

The pink car is kinda like the Japanese Nightbird figure, or the Japanese Transformers Unite Warriors Flowspade.

The one that looks like a white Bumblebee is very similar to BotCon 2007 Bug Bite.

The pink car they had in the episode was actually a triple changer because he also turned into a truck? Have they ever had a triple changer that can turn into two land vehicles? From what I could tell, it looked like a Transformers parody.

Because that's what it was. None of those were actual figures, you're just getting suggestions for similar looking toys to the entirely fictional show characters.

Is this an attempt at self validation? Seems like you already answered your question as the Simpsons is well known for their pop culture parodies just like Family Guy (within copyright loop holes that is 8-}

No, it's not an attempt at self validation, whatever that means. It's an attempt to see if any other the Transformers or Transformer equivalents are available, specifically the one that Bart got for Lisa as a present that turned into a pink car and truck that looks a lot like Optimus Prime. I remember when the Chipmunks did something similar when Alvin was wanting some Trans-Gobotron or something when they had the series like back in the 80's.
