I have to say now that I have had some time with the voyager blackout. I can't wait to see the movie and what his personality will be like in the film. If his bio is any indication he is megatron hunter when megatron says kill blackout will do it no question asked. Also as far as the toy goes I didn't realize that you could attach deluxe scorpinox to him I wonder what it looks like since I haven't had a great amount of luck tracking down deluxe scorpinox.

It looks like blackout landed on scorpinok - just literally splatted on the bottom upside down no further integration than that.
Personality-wise at one point blackout was intended to be soundwave before certain changes were made so there are a lot of parallels in their roles

I agree, Blackout is one menacing looking figure. Try illuminating the eyes from behind with a flashlight, they just look evil.
