Given the disproportional changes in the Hulks status over the years in comparison to Ironman's armor... unless there is a legitimate hulk pacifying device Bruce will beat Tony.
MK1 was not a winner...

Ultimate Hulk broke Adamantium. That is a big deal. Of course, that either mean Ultimate Hulk is much stronger than Regular Hulk, or that Ultimate Adamantium is weaker. I dunno which one.
Hulk wins anyway.

Well, given that the armor was presumebly made to beat up the hulk, stark would have the edge.

When did Ultimate Hulk break Adamantium?????I hope your not referring to when he ripped U.Wolverine in half because if it is then you are saddyly missinformed on human biology.

That little fact has never helped Tony win against the Hulk before.

Damm that rocked:

Anyway, Wolverine's spine shouldn't be a complete chunk of adamantium, otherwise he'd be seriously impared with his movements.

Weird. I could have sworn I had heard somewhere that he snapped an adamantium needle in half.
Hulk still wins, though.

Iron man's ' 'busting armours have a rather low success rate. His Thor one was useless as well.

but Ultimate's adamantium is also considered a weaker grade than the mainstream stuff. Also Ultimates hulk is considered weaker than mainstream's. Maybe Mainstream Ironman could beat ultimates hulk with his world war hulk version of his hulkbuster armor. but that hulk might just eat him like a BBQ skrull

We saw this in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Hulk was winning but Tony repaired his armor and slammed Hulk through an entire half-finished skyscraper, from top to bottom. Hulk was also suffering from Scarlet Witch's mind control. Furthermore, he was ashamed that he had caused many civilian casualties in that particular African city. The physical and mental punishment were too much for him, so he lost consciousness and returned to being Bruce Banner.
In a different situation, without the mind control and civilians being hurt, Hulk would win. I'm assuming that Hulk doesn't like Tony.
