Jazz breakdancing
Hi I want to know if anyone remembers Jazz breakdancing in the original US TV series. I seem to remember that he would ocasionally breakdance. Also did bumblebee have the same voice problem in the series cause I seem to remember a autobot that talked that way but don't think it was bumblebee. Thanks!

I don't remember Jazz breakdancing but I do Blaster. Yeah! Glad you brought that up! The way Bumblebee talk was really simular to Wreck-Gar from original animated movie, except I guess Bumblebee talked radio not TV. Still why would he get Star Trek through the radio as several lines where use from TNG and Voyager if I'm not mistaken...

I thought at the end of the first movie they had fixed Bumblebee's voice problems and the joke dragged on for 3 movies.
Oh and I wonder if any of these influenced the live action movie. Comments welcome.

No to both questions.
Jazz did dance one or twise, but it wasnt breakdancing, the only characters to breakdance were a few humans from NYC
And Bumblebee had a regular voice.

It's a case of falling in love with your own creation. Orzman [like Beniffer and TomKat

In ROTF, Orzman seemed to like the idea so much that even after BB've voice was healed in the first movie, they continued with it by explaining that BB is playing it up to be cute.
I remember reading or watching an interview somewhere else stating that it was also an homage to Spielberg's E.T., where the bond between the young protag and his alien friend stretch far beyond spoken words o something.

I heard, back when TF 07 was still just a rumour, that the ads did influence the films.
On a side note I'd like to add that Hasbro should totally get the licence to make the cars from these ads.

I'd love to see those cars too. I read a story that the ads were actually a CGI test to see if they could pull that off...
I have a lovely Mazda RX8 but have no idea how to get him to stand up. The feet don't make sense.

Are you talking about the Alternator mold that was used for Jazz and Shockblast?

I'm not sure about what you mean about Jazz and Shockblast. I've never seen those. I just found this in an anime shop and liked the look of the car.
But yes it's a Silver Mazda RX8. Do you know how to get those feet to stand there's a few flaps and bendy bits and it never quite sits right for me.

They reused molds a lot in that line so I probably missed some. What I do is pull the bumper out and turn it in inward. Then I move the piece in the middle down to work like the heel. You just stand it with the inside of the feet.
Pictures are always helpful so here's one. Look at how the right foot is

Thankyou so much that picture is very helpful.
I might try again to transform him. The other issue is that when you do the bonnet of the car and head it makes the bonnet pop off and fall to the side..
