Been looking at a KO Devatator from China. Instead of Purple accents, it is black, but he has the same green color as the G1. Is it any good? Not going to get lead poisoning from it, am I? How is the quality?

Quality is poop. Doesn't fit together as well, feels and looks cheap.

Its hard to get led poisoning from a toy that continas NO metal and NO paint. And unless you plan on eating your tfs (in which case get help not toys) I wouldnt worry about led poisoning.

As for the knockoff it's self; Utter Shite.

Its good if you need parts. The handguns are the exact same size as the G1 figures so that should save you some money. The waist fits as well but its kinda loose when used on the original figures

The Head doesn't fit on longhaul at all so you would have to buy an original one. The arms sorta fit but you crack them a bit when placing them on bonecrusher and scavenger.

On a side note.. is Devastator getting cheaper? I saw a complete G1 Devastator sell for 56 bucks yesterday!!!! :-?

Well, there are 2 versions. Small and large. I find the smaller one fits together a little better while the larger one dosen't. There may be asbestos in the plastic but I doubt you are going to swallow the parts hehe.

Don't buy one on eBay if you can simply go get one at a local store or swap meet for cheap. The one's on eBay are waaay too expensive for what they are. Trust me.

I know the one that walgreens had over the holidays was decent quality.I bought it for kicks and ended up super glueing them together and now have a devastator that guards my cons perfectly.My question for you is do you plan on keeping them solo or combined?Hell, for 6 bucks check out your local walgreens and see if they have him still.I believe its worth the money
