In a straight up fight I'd give it to Stewie because he can walk. But, if the two of them have to out think the other I'm giving it to Maggie, Stewie would overthink things and allow Maggie to get the jump on him.

Stewie kept saying that he was going to kill his mother but he never could. Maggie has an iron will. She wins and Stewie cries in a corner.
