Missing piece on Titanium G1 Ultra Magnus

Postby smallworm » Mon Sep 17, 2007 1:28 am

I finally got the Titanium G1 UM today at target. It was the last one was so excited. However, when I was playing with it, I found a missing white piece on the left knee. Would Habro replaces it since it's a manufacturer defect? Has anyone of you had the same problem?

Cahnces are, that you would send in your Ultra Magnus toy, and get shipped out a toy of "equal or lesser" value.

Meaning you have very little chance of getting back another Magnus toy.

Just another way Hasbro is enriching your toy collecting experience.
Awesomesauce; Use it, you know you want to.

I got lucky and found one myself, fortunately with all the pieces, although I thought the lack of a left and right missle launcher was lame, pretty cheap of them to just have one mold for both sides.

From what I've heard you get back with their, "equal or lesser" policy, you're probably better off keeping it. Minor thing on a pretty cool figure.

Well. lucky you. I agree with you that the missiles are so lame . The missing piece doesn't bother the transformation after all so I was thinking to keep him. Thanks for the advice. I guess I won't take a chance to get a replacement. I'd rather visit the toy stores more often for a complete one.
