Arcee looks damned good for a movie figure. Hell, slap on a more G1 head, repaint her in classic colors, resell her as Classics Arcee.
It would be a smart move on Hasbro's part if classics were to return after the movie stuff.

Any Idea when the Deluxe Arcee is going to hit stores?
I'm still trying to decide with version of Arcee is better, the new deluxe version or the energon with a cool blue repaint.
The bike modes both look equally good, although I don't know about any differences in scale.
As far as robot mode goes, I think the deluxe version has a nicer body design especially since she doesn't have the gimpy mid-forearm hands the engergon version has and her crossbow looks alot better then the oversized energon bow does, but the deluxe's face just looks so butt ugly.

Oh wow, cool! My first credit! =) Thanks Skowl! (does a little happy dance!)
And, hey, Shadowman, as Irahaman reminds us, this movie and its two sequals are as much about product placement as they are about the story itself, so I think its highly probable that all, or at least most, of the TFs in the first movie will get new forms in both the 2nd *and* 3rd movies, and other TFs not in the 1st movie will be introduced in the 2nd and 3rd. Heck, as far as I know there's not even a guarantee that GM will be the car company associated with the future movies.
So, on the one hand, Hasbro will have all of these movie toy molds from the 1st movie that they might wish to reuse in the 2nd movie (maybe `08 BB repainted black with yellow stripes/highlights, instead of yellow with black stripes). But on the other hand, there will be a car company, even if it is GM, which would probably like to have different cars profiled.
So the likelihood that Arcee, if she is in the 2nd movie, will have a different vehicle form, probably a car, is pretty high, in my opinion.

I'm a bit more thrilled with the '08 BB than I am with the '74. Might pick him up. Arcee is still a definate buy for me.
It has begun, let the parts fall from the sky.

I have to own Bumblebee. I have to.
I love '74 Bumblebee, he's adorable and a great figure.
'08 Bumblebee takes all of the original's best and makes it fantastic.
MUST. OWN.

Arcee sucks.
It's a terrible, monstrous design, and she looks like a half living, half dead zombie.
It's a horrifying figure. Ugh.

I'll agree with just about everyone here. The New Bumblebee looks amazing - I never thought they would be able to design a toy so movie-acurate, especially a deluxe-sized one, but there it is.
I still like Arcee, and I have a feeling fans would be alot more forgiving of the figure if she was actually in the movie, and we had some CG renders to go from. I hope she makes it into a sequel, Autobots need a biker chick.

No, I have to be honest here. Even with her in the film, I'd still hate her. Render, no render, that's one ugly bot. Some may like her, and more power to 'em, but she's one figure I wouldn't have purchased, in film or otherwise.

"Arcee" fails harder than your grandpa on Tribonin.
The Camaro on the other hand, is made of win and awesome. It'll make an excellent addition to "Bad Mother Truckers"' Golden Brigade.

Arcee is looking so much better now than in the earliest pics, and I think she's one of the best looking autobot figures. Can't wait for her and have been hoping for her since that first appearance in the prequel comic.

I am impressed with 08 BB.. Very nice!!
It does not help that he has the older BB mis-transformed in bot mode.

Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

I can't wait to get the '08 BB. Looks awesome. '74 BB is a fun figure, now that I have him in hand, I really like him.
