If you discount the repaints and look at the moulds that were new for the line then it's only Buildking(?)/Landfill that's lacking in terms of posability, and even then the individual bots make up for it. JRX/Railracer has to be about the most posable combiner ever, only thing limiting Magnus is the shear weight of his gun (oh and the rather funky proportions on his legs), the Car Brothers pretty much go without saying. As far as the repaints go most of the Predacons are from the Beast era originally so posability there is good and Scourge being based on one of the earliest posable Primes certainly doesn't hurt. Let downs being Brave Max, the Spychangers and Ruination although being repaints from former lines it's not really fair to label them as RiD toys. As far as new moulds go a pretty damned consistantly posable line.

but...RID's got those strange kibble hanging off most of their bots, don't they hinder the posability of those toys?

well, uh, what about that bot with the engine hood (or is it?) hanging off one hand (who was this anyway? i'm only familiar with Prowl and Sideburn LOL)? doesn't this make him front-heavy and stuff like that?

I'm not terribly familiar with a wide range of figures from any line, but the few Cybertron figures I have are poseable somethin' nasty with their jointed ankles and heelspurs and swiveling waists and whatnot. Granted, a lot of TF lines have this, but whereas I kinda have to precariously balance many of my other figures on the sides of their feet and whatnot, I get pretty firm footholds out of these guys. I'm all about that bendy deluxe Prime -- first TF I ever got (late, I know!) and he sucked me in like something obscene.

But then again, he's a repaint of an Armada mold, which folks are saying was populated with bricks -- in which case he must have been the king of exceptions.

aye, that the toy is - king of exceptions. :D it isn't called Bendy Prime for nothing. heck, he IS an anomaly from the Armada line, considering that the bigger version of this could be considered a limited-mobility brick with lame electronic gimmicks and whatnot.

Weellllllll, I didn't post that, but I quite like the Starscream figures from the Energon line. He's not ol' bendy, but he's easily more poseable than the Classics seekers, Classics Rodimus, Classics Grimlock... I don't own all that many Classics figs, but he might be more poseable than my entire collection of 'em (2-pack Prime and Megatron being notable exceptions).

On the other hand, Energon also had quite a few figures whose poseability was severely hindered by the powerlinx feature.

ah yes...the first (IMHO) F-22 based Starscream. yep, my friend has the dark recolor variant and it's more poseable than the classics Seekers. but i dunno who's more poseable, the Ultra-sized Cybertron SS or the Energon ones?

Motto: "Know your enemy, then crush them."
Weapon: Gatling Cannon
As a percentage of released bots, the Revoltech line wins :-)

If you meant actual transforming transformers, the Alts and masterpieces have some great movement in their limbs etc.

The movie toys aren't too bad either.

In some ways, I'd actually hesitate to call Starscream an Energon figure. Although he's a new mould technically, he's so heavily based on the mini-Stealth Assault figure (Dreadwind, Smokejumper, Smokesniper, whatever the hell you want to call him) that he's virtually a G2 figure.

my votes go to 08 bumblebee for the torso, hand, and feet joints; Jazz for the legs; and leader brawl(feet are horible but the arms got fingers and are triple jointed

something that's better off if nobody knows about except for whomever posseses it.
