First let me say I really like this figure for the most part. I got him when he first came out this summer and I have transformered him twice now. Once when I first got him, to truck mode, which I liked so much I haven't touched him again until today. The transformation was more complex than I remembered. Now that he is back in bot mode he always wants to fall over, or backwards I should say. Those big ball joints that form the ankles are weak, is this common. I guess I could use the old clear nail polish trick, but I really don't want to. I have him posed now and I don't think he's going to crash, but this really limits what he can do.

mines fine just add some clear nail polish, or put him up aganist the wall

Never had a problem with mine. And he's been transformed a good 20 times.
