"No" on all three. However eHobby has some repaints of existing molds to O. Pax and Dion....

Hi mate, to answer your questions
1.Is G1 Arcee toys are really exists?
A) nope, though there are some newer editions out there, G1 one never had arcee in the toy range.
2.In episode "War Dawn" (can view in youtube),
where is Orion Pax, Ariel and Dion toys?
iS Hasbro not made them? where is the TOYS?
A) You can buy orion Pax and Dion from Ehobbey, they are repaints of Kup and wheelie, again they werent made in the 1980's
3.Also where is the original Apha Trion toys?
(also from the same episode)
A) And finally the only way i know of being able to get this toy is via ebay, he wasnt released in the 1980's but sometime in the last 3 years as a convention exclusive toy, so if someone wants to sell him you might get lucky.

No G1 Arcee was made, officially. However, there is a garage model kit by Rabid Squirrel Productions. It transforms but cost mucho mula($$$).
I always though that a G1 Blurr could be kitbashed into a G1 Arcee, but I have never had a G1 Blurr, so I don't really know.
eHobby, an Japanese toy company in league with Takara, recoloured G1 Kup and Wheelie into Orion Pax and Dion, respectively. You can still find them on eBay for under $50(last I looked).
No Ariel was ever produced in G1.
No official toy was made for Alpha Trion(A3), but about a year ago, a re-coloured and re-moulded ??? was made into one, for a convention exclusive.
I'll need someone else to fill that blank, I can't remember who it was modeled after, but I know there's a pic gallery on this website.

Alpha Trion was a repaint of Cybertron Vector Prime, with a different head mold to represent the "old & distinguished" Alpha Trion face. Complete with beard and all.

Apparently an Arcee toy was developed for G1, but never released. Here's a pic:

Looks like they never took it past the early stages of development. Seems to be a very rough prototype.
There's been a few Arcee toys in recent years. I would like to see them to do an Arcee that turns into a animation accurate car at some point. It would be a natural for the classics line.

Whoa, that's something new! I've heard that Chromedome was originally supposed to be Arcee(or at least a repaint), but that actually doesn't look too bad. Granted, it's a little "busty", but doesn't look any worse than some of the other movie figures.
Of course, is that an actual prototype from the 80's though? The legs are bent in at an akward angle, and from my experience with G1, they pretty much all had leg blocks, or very straight legs. And then there's the hands, they look like hands! Once again, most if not all G1's had "fists", and never had individual fingers. Still, it might be like they did with G.I. Joe figures though.

That's true, but Arcee has to look feminine. It's hard to give her the block legs and block fists without losing a lot of that feminine quality. It's not enough to just colour it powder pink.
According to what I read about this figure, it was a prototype of some sort. It doesn't look to me like it actually transforms. I'm not sure what processes Hasbro/Takara go through when designing a figure, or what way they did it in the eighties, but perhaps this was more of an early draft of where they were going with the figure. It has some of the look of Blur, Kup and some of the other movie figures.
