would any of you buy encore optimus and megatron from target.com (since it appears it partnered with amazon)? because i went to this one store that sold each of them for $120.

Thats an insane price. I got Prime, Megs, Starscream & Soundwave + postage from Japan for £120!!

Try ebay, etoysjapan, toynk, digital toys, or tfsource. Compare prices before you make up your mind.
